My Question
How do I evolve from the old version of me?
I started my career as a data analyst. Immediately upon starting, I wanted out. Unfortunately, the market was not interested in me (read: no other offers).
On the route to becoming more “attractive” in all manners of that word, I realized the faults in my system:
I would get a jolt of inspiration // motivation.
Go all in.
Fizzle out.
Repeat.
To make matters worse, the longer I stayed in my position as a data analyst, the more other people saw me as that.
Often, the preconceived notions of your environment make it harder to become what you envisioned. Beyond that, I wanted to be less affected by the winds of “motivation” and become consistent with goals that mattered to me.
I needed to build a better system. Through better habits.

Who is it for?
If you want to live more intentionally.
If you are trying to change your identity aka evolve from the old version of you.
If you want to build a system to achieve your goals more effectively.
What does it help with?
Build an environment that will multiply your effort.
Filter down to goals that actually matter to you.
How to make a new habit stick.
What I got out of it, aka lessons
What I am today is the lagging indicator of my habits.
Systems that make it easy also make you accountable because it is so tightly integrated into your life.
Everything compounds and the outcome is a lagging indicator of compounded habits.
